Our Products We offer a curated collection of women's clothing, including sarees, salwar kameez, three-piece sets, kurtis and tops, gowns, and party dresses. Product photos are for illustration — actual fabric colour and texture may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (?). 2. Placing an Order You may check out as a guest or create an account for faster checkout and access to your order history. A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required at checkout so we can confirm your order before it is dispatched. Orders depend on product availability. Items marked as sold out cannot be added to your bag until restocked. 3. Payment We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Payment is collected in cash by our delivery partner when your order arrives — no advance payment or online card details are required. 4. Shipping & Delivery Delivery charges and estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout, and are always shown clearly before you place your order. We deliver nationwide, with methods for inside and outside Dhaka. Delivery may be offered free of charge on orders above a qualifying amount, as shown at checkout. 5. Order Tracking You can check the status of your order at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the mobile number you used at checkout. Orders move through the stages: Pending, Confirmed, Shipped, and Delivered. 6. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled or changed only before they have been confirmed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible using the details in our website footer, quoting your order number. 7. Returns & Exchanges If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and we will arrange an exchange or resolution. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags where applicable. 8. Your Account If you register for an account, you are responsible for keeping your login email and password confidential. Please choose a password only you know, and let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. 9. Limitation of Liability We take care to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate. To the extent permitted by law, Stitched Beyond is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of this website or products purchased through it, beyond the value of the order itself. 10. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. 11.
